Jade Luxe Beauty is an appointment-based waxing studio in Braintree

Grace Period: We offer a 7-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive later than 7 minutes, we may decline service, resulting in a 50% charge of the service cost. If we can only complete part of your services due to lateness, you are still responsible for the full cost, as time was reserved for your original request. Contact us at 617-945-8022 if you are running late.

Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Service Adjustments: Should you wish to adjust or remove any service(s) during your appointment, you will be charged for the original service(s) booked unless the adjustment is made 48 hours in advance.

No-Show/No-Call: Clients who fail to attend their appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost and will no longer be accepted as clients for future appointments.

Cancellation Notice: You can cancel appointments online through GlossGenius up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel after this window, you will need to contact us directly. We ONLY accept cancellation notices via text message to our business phone at 617-945-8022.

Return Policy: We do not offer refunds on services; however, you have 5 days after your appointment to contact us through text at 617-945-8022 or e-mail at jadeluxebeauty@gmail.com if you have any concerns or issues regarding your service. Additionally, please note that all products are final sales and non-refundable.
